About the Role

We seek an Administration Coordinator to join our Lot Packages Team in Burswood. This full-time role involves:

  • Entering lot owner details into the system.
  • Communicating with lot owners regarding installation schedules and queries.
  • Managing phone calls, client correspondence, and internal communications.
  • Organizing design consultation bookings and producing invoices for additional works or materials.
Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Administration experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs or CRM systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
