About the RoleThe successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager and the Branch, including preparing correspondence, drafting responses, and maintaining records. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
This position requires excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as well-developed keyboarding and computer skills, including database management and word processing. Sound organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Manager and the Branch
- Maintain an effective correspondence and filing system
- Support and advise on conversion to permanency reviews and other administrative processes
- Demonstrated experience in general administrative duties
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Well-developed keyboarding and computer skills, including database management and word processing
- Sound organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
