Senior Commercial Professional

We are seeking a seasoned commercial expert to join our organisation and take on the role of Senior Commercial Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong strategic background and excellent negotiation skills.

This senior position involves leading negotiations, reviewing contractual documents, advising management on contractual rights and obligations, and ensuring that all agreements meet company policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex negotiations with customers, vendors and partners to secure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Review and approve contractual documents to ensure they align with company policies and protect organisational interests.
  • Provide guidance and advice to colleagues within established company guidelines to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain systems for measuring operational performance across the Customer division.
