About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned commercial leader to oversee operational functions across our WorkStay portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-site operations and remote teams within the tourism, hospitality, or retail industries.

The successful applicant will be commercially-minded with a customer-centric approach to decision-making, possessing strong emotional intelligence and a talent for attracting and developing top performers.

Key responsibilities include setting business objectives, monitoring performance, and providing constructive feedback to drive business units forward. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a focus on systems and process, with experience in developing and implementing consistency across multiple business units.

A strong background in food businesses and/or workforce villages is essential, with expertise in food safety, cost management, and service standards. A degree or qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline is also required.
