Site Coverage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Coverage Specialist to provide site coverage of our select portfolio of assets under management as and when required. This role will ensure asset performance is always met, delivering exceptional results for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in all facets of facilities management, typically stemming from a solid administrative and/or technical background. They will possess demonstrated experience in high-volume roles with conflicting priorities, negotiating and enforcing contracts, and understanding Australian Standards, NCC, HSE, DDA, and other risk management issues.

  • Provide coverage for Annual Leave and other leave taken by on-site FM personnel across our nominated portfolios as directed by the Senior Technical Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all HSE standards and Risk management programs are maintained and delivered.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, maintaining an up-to-date asset register, and physically inspecting plant and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Approval of Work Orders, tax invoice processing, and contracts within delegated authority.
  • Delivery of Operational Expenditure budget against forecast.
  • Compliance with the requirements of our Quality Management System and relevant policies and processes.
  • Advise the Property Manager and the Senior Facility Manager on maintenance and operational issues that may affect normal operation.
  • Respond to after-hours calls, maintain all statutory logs and registers, and monitor the Building Management Control System.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers, internal and external stakeholders.
