Asset Management Specialist

Drive the growth and delivery of energy and utilities clients in Australia by leveraging effective asset management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth: Collaborate with leadership to drive business expansion through a consulting-led approach.
  • Delivery: Work closely with clients and teams to solve challenges and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, connecting them to expertise and industry connections.
  • Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated clients.
  • Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities, ensuring alignment with client/customer goals.
  • Branding: Contribute to creating strong market positioning and increasing mindshare.
About You:
  • Possess extensive management consulting expertise (ideally 8+ years), with knowledge in Enterprise Asset Management, including transformation, maintenance, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the energy utilities sector, with a strong understanding of the Australian energy and/or water industry landscape.
  • Display both industry and top-tier professional services firm experience.
Requirements:
  • Ability to construct presentation slides effectively and present information.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • Experience handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
  • Ability to understand complex scenarios, propose implementation plans, and solutions.
Driving Transformation:
  • Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover problems, and shape challenges into structured statements.
  • Drive SAP EAM transformation agendas with clients, focusing on people, process, and technology delivery.
  • Manage change, build client and partner relationships, motivate teams, and achieve results.
  • Good understanding of IT and OT roles in effective asset management, including:
    • Intelligent asset management through sensors and IoT devices.
    • Mobility solutions.
    • Digital twin solutions.
    • Predictive maintenance analytics.
    • AI-enabled autonomous asset management.

Extensive experience and industry knowledge required.
