Job Description

We have a leading role in our investment management team dedicated to delivering strong long-term returns while accelerating our contribution to a more sustainable world.

As Investment Manager, you will lead the ongoing asset management of unlisted assets across Infrastructure, Property and Private Equity. This includes developing and implementing asset strategies, monitoring and overseeing investments, and exercising governance rights.

You will work closely with the Unlisted Assets team and Asset Class Investment Managers to manage external investment relationships and ensure consistency with strategy. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams with strict deadlines.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in asset management, preferably with a focus on infrastructure, property or private equity. You will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking. About the Role

  • Develop and implement asset strategies and governance plans
  • Monitor and oversee unlisted assets, including quarterly reporting
  • Exercise governance rights and oversight through Advisory Committee, Board or Board observer positions
  • Lead, coach and mentor team members within a matrix organisational structure

About You

  • Significant experience in asset management, preferably in infrastructure, property or private equity
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging senior and C-Suite executives
  • Problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, proactivity and resilience in managing investments
