Responsibilities As the Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets, driving performance through financial excellence, leasing strategies, and proactive management.
Importantly, you will have onsite facilities management support, allowing you to focus on strategic asset management rather than day-to-day maintenance.
