Job Title:

Strategic Facilities and Asset Management Professional

Job Description:

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing facility operations, preventative and corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle management, renewal programs, and contract management across multiple hospital sites.

The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide asset management system, standardize processes across sites, address contract overholding, and strengthen reporting and data-driven decision making.

The role requires stabilizing teams, building capability, and reducing reliance on single-person knowledge to ensure sustainable operations.

Key performance indicators will include successfully implementing the asset management system, improving process efficiency, and enhancing team capabilities.

With a strong track record in facilities and asset management, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in contract governance, compliance, and facilities operations.
