Construction Administrator: Property Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with HIA contracts and variations, as well as relevant construction terminology and methods.

- Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration, fostering open communication and mutual respect among team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction administration, preferably with a home builder.
