We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to manage the operational performance of the excavator and truck fleet at the Tarrawonga mine in NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance and warranty tasks in line with project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the operational performance of the excavator and truck fleet
  • Coordinate and execute maintenance and warranty tasks in line with project schedules and budgets
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Manage direct and indirect Gunnedah tradesman and related project administration requirements

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and proven Supervisory/Project Management experience
  • Proven experience managing similar projects involving mobile equipment in the mining industry
  • High level interpersonal, time management, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities to strict deadlines
  • A proven track record with regard to safety and quality assurance
