Position Overview

We are currently in search of a dynamic and driven Project Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of our excavator and truck fleet. This role will involve close collaboration with clients to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance and warranty activities in alignment with project timelines and financial plans.
  • Overseeing subcontractor compliance with safety standards, budgetary constraints, and project specifications.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives in accordance with Hitachi's standards.
  • Managing all aspects of tradesmen operations and related project administration to uphold HCA's protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualifications coupled with substantial experience in supervisory or project management roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects related to mobile equipment within the mining sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, time management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • A solid track record in safety and quality assurance practices.
