Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and proactive Project Manager to oversee and enhance the operational efficiency of the excavator and truck fleet. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal performance in collaboration with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance and warranty tasks while adhering to project timelines and financial parameters.
  • Oversee subcontractor compliance with safety standards, budgetary constraints, and project specifications.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives aligned with Hitachi's standards.
  • Supervise all tradespeople and manage project-related administrative tasks in accordance with HCA protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade certifications coupled with demonstrated experience in supervisory or project management roles.
  • Extensive background in managing projects related to mobile equipment within the mining sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, time management, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Proven capability to independently handle multiple priorities within strict deadlines.
  • Established track record in safety and quality assurance practices.
