About the Role

CMI Electrical Products is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Electrical Cable and Industrial Products to the electrical industry with significant operations nationally.

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team, reporting directly to the WA Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day phone sales and timely preparation of quotes
  • Performing quote follow-up activities and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout all interactions with the branch
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing customer relationships and expectations
  • Processing purchase orders and assisting with project supply activities
  • Conducting activities in a safe, quality, and environmentally responsible manner in accordance with CMI's QHSE policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a customer service position within a wholesale or retail environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills and electrical industry experience is welcomed
