About Rydges Resort Hunter Valley

Located in the heart of wine country, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley offers a unique workplace experience surrounded by lush vineyards and scenic beauty.

As a member of our Stewarding team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchens, ensuring a steady supply of equipment and clean utensils for our food and beverage outlets.

Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking general kitchen duties such as collecting all rubbish, maintaining the cleanliness of bins and the rubbish room, and undertaking other additional cleaning tasks and schedules.
  • Assisting with the receiving and storage of food.
  • Assisting the chefs with food preparation and/or general kitchen duties.
