About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Steward at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen facilities, including equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Ensure the efficient supply of clean dishes, glassware, and linens to food and beverage outlets.
  • Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to prepare for meals and events.
  • Participate in waste management and recycling initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and being approachable to colleagues and guests alike.
