About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and experienced operations supervisor to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a key member of our Lovedale Bar + Grill operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient and friendly service, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the outlet
  • Support and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, and equipment
