Remuneration Expert Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead global remuneration reviews, drive data analysis, and provide strategic advice while engaging with senior stakeholders.

About the Position:
  • Conduct annual salary and benefits reviews across multiple overseas locations, apply actuarial and market data to recommend salary adjustments, and ensure strategic alignment and defensibility of remuneration decisions.
  • Maintain and improve a complex Excel-based remuneration model, perform annual rollovers, update PowerQuery links, validate formulas, and implement usability and performance enhancements.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data inputs, document assumptions and methodologies for audit and approval, maintain data-sharing arrangements with peer organizations, and coordinate market data surveys with external suppliers.
  • Lead procurement of high-quality remuneration data, liaise with suppliers and integrate data into analysis models.
  • Collaborate with senior officers and overseas mission leaders, provide tailored strategic advice, support decision-making in complex geopolitical environments, and track and validate survey returns for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deliver expert advice on remuneration strategy and methodology, contribute to case reviews and continuous improvement, identify and mitigate risks in data and decision-making, represent the organization externally, and collaborate with professionals to resolve complex assessments.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and remuneration consulting.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, compensation strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working with senior leadership and international teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerQuery, and other analytical tools, with proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
