Job Title: Operations Manager VIC

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the administration functions of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and controlling administrative systems and resources, including staff allocation, space management, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and control administrative systems and resources
  • Allocate human resources, space, and equipment as needed
  • Assign and monitor work performance of staff
  • Manage records and accounts of the office
  • Coordinate personnel activities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision
  • Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business and resolve problems
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as strong organisational and problem-solving skills. They must also have the ability to lead and motivate a team, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
