Job Title: VIC Cluster Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven leader to join our team as a VIC Cluster Coordinator. This role will be responsible for leading and growing our presence across key locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong, including Geelong, Highpoint, Northland, and Melbourne City.

The VIC Cluster Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end performance of their pad locations, covering Levi's Men's, Women's, and Curve categories. This includes leading a team of Sales Stylists, delivering training, managing visual merchandising execution, and ensuring brand standards are met.

This multifaceted leadership role offers variety and challenge every day. The VIC Cluster Coordinator will work closely with the National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager to implement national strategies at the store level while engaging local teams and maintaining sales focus and brand standards.

The role oversees Levi's pads within Myer and David Jones stores located in:

  • Geelong
  • Highpoint (Maribyrnong)
  • Northland (Preston)
  • Melbourne CBD

The ideal candidate will have multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience, strong leadership, training, and team development skills, a flair for creating impactful in-store visual merchandising, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and confidence in analysing sales and inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading and growing our presence across key locations in metro Melbourne and Geelong.
  2. Oversight of pad locations, covering Levi's Men's, Women's, and Curve categories.
  3. Delivering training and visual merchandising execution to Sales Stylists.
  4. Maintaining brand standards and working closely with National Visual Merchandising Manager and Brand Experience Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Multi-site coordination or retail leadership experience.
  2. Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.
  3. Ability to create impactful in-store visual merchandising.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Confidence in analysing sales and inventory data.
