Capital Projects Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to join our team in the Minor Capital Works Unit. This unit oversees the construction of projects that enhance the learning environment, condition, and inclusivity of schools.
- This role will lead and manage a rolling program of works across the property portfolio.
- Key responsibilities include business planning, financial management, program delivery and risk management, stakeholder engagement and communication, policy development and guidelines review.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering a minor capital works program aligned with strategic objectives.
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and results-driven outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to foster positive relationships and drive continuous improvement.
This is a fixed-term position with hybrid working arrangements available.
