Opportunity to Lead

You will oversee end-to-end development, providing leadership from project identification through delivery. Your focus will be on commercial rigor, procurement, cost control, and management, ensuring successful project outcomes.

You will work closely with the program director to deliver the capital plan and engage with stakeholders. With flexible working arrangements and a supportive company culture, you will thrive in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver allocated capital projects.
  • Ensure project teams are engaged with key stakeholders and meet agreed KPIs.
  • Drive project teams across design management, procurement, cost control, and delivery management.
  • Prepare business cases and submissions for investment committees and boards.
  • Lead the selection of consultants and ensure designs prioritize customer experience.
  • Implement safety and security measures and promote a safe culture.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in leading built environment capital projects in complex operational environments.
  • Experience in construction procurement methodologies, financial management, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
