About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure delivery of high-quality social housing services across NSW.

This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of Critical Services programs, including Lift Maintenance, Security, and Fire Line Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute audits on site and desktop using advanced computer-aided auditing techniques.
  • Generate audit reports to identify non-compliances and prepare audit plans using data analysis methods.
  • Closing out audit findings involves summarising outcomes to liaise with relevant Service Providers according to the Performance Management Framework (PMF).
  • Provide advice to develop and issue Clarification/Practice notes and Non-compliance notices to Service Providers on Critical Services programs.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in computer packages such as Excel and specialist software used for auditing.
  • Current Driver's License.
