We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Employee Experience & Events Lead to drive strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional employee experiences. Our mission is to create a better future for health, where everyone has the autonomy and freedom to thrive.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and driving great experiences for our people, leveraging cutting-edge strategies and concepts for in-person and virtual initiatives that foster connections and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing large-scale events that engage and inspire our workforce
  • Leveraging innovative approaches and technologies to enhance employee experiences
  • Creating and managing content, with expertise in marketing, content development, video production, social media, and corporate communications
  • Engaging stakeholders, influencing others, and working closely with business leaders and people-functions to drive diversity and inclusion
