About the Role
This is an exciting chance for a skilled customer service professional who is an emerging leader to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Coordinator in promoting quality service standards.
The first point of contact for customers, the Concierge directs specific requests through channels, facilitates additional support where needed, and acts as a service specialist to assist in resolving escalations or unresolved issues.
The role involves managing the queuing system for smooth counter service and assisting in leading, coaching, and mentoring front-of-house Digital Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face interaction
- Previous experience working in high-volume customer-centric businesses or similar environments
- A keen interest in NSW government initiatives and maintaining a high-level specialist knowledge relevant to Service NSW products, processes, and practices
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor employees to achieve individual and organisational goals
- Innovation by contributing new ideas to support continuous improvement strategies
