Job Description

The People and Culture Director will be responsible for leading the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, and employee development. This position requires strong leadership skills to support the corporate team in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes through people-focused programs.
  • Spearhead talent acquisition, selection, and recruitment processes to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior People & Culture roles within the mining sector or heavy industry, with a proven track record of delivering impactful business outcomes.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including attraction, selection, and recruitment, performance management, remuneration, benefits & payroll, learning and development, employee and industrial relations, and employee wellbeing.
