About the Role:

The Catholic Education organisation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Administrator to join our Applications Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the administration and security of our Enterprise & System applications, specifically TechnologyOne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain finance system configuration, including documentation, instructions, and manuals.
  • Develop and implement configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures.
  • Maintain routine systems administration tasks, including security, financial delegations, and Chart of Accounts maintenance within TechnologyOne.
  • Manage ongoing administration tasks required in all aspects of Financial Systems and other integration applications, including Cashless applications.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, support, and assistance at Level 1 and Level 2 for all queries raised by end users.
  • Manage internal ticketing for end users.
  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational financial management services through identification, delivery, and support of business process improvement initiatives.
  • Support major system change projects in conjunction with other application teams.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, along with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area and/or appropriate demonstrated experience.
  • Relevant work experience within an Accounting environment, including management and development of financial systems, financial data, procedure documents, processes, and controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
