About the Opportunity:

The Catholic Education Applications Team is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on our TechnologyOne System and contribute to the administration and security of Enterprise & System applications.

As a Finance Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining finance system configuration, including documentation, instructions, and manuals
  • Developing and implementing configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures
  • Maintaining routine systems administration tasks, including security, financial delegations, and Chart of Accounts maintenance within TechnologyOne
  • Intensive knowledge and understanding of the permission structure and parameters of TechnologyOne
  • Managing ongoing administration tasks required in all aspects of Financial Systems and other integration applications, including Cashless applications
  • Providing high-quality customer service, support, and assistance at Level 1 and Level 2 for all queries raised by end users
  • Managing internal ticketing for end users
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operational financial management services through identification, delivery, and support of business process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting major system change projects in conjunction with other application teams

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values along with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area and/or appropriate demonstrated experience
  • Relevant work experience within an Accounting environment, including management and development of financial systems, financial data, procedure documents, processes, and controls
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
