Temporary Part-time Assignment Opportunity



Catholic Education is seeking a Financial Operations Officer to provide operational and administrative support for school finances on a part-time basis.



About the Role




  • Providing operational support to the Billing and Receipting team
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Receipting and allocating all payments received
  • Performing accurate account reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing assistance on end of month and end of year tasks


Key Responsibilities




  • Providing financial and administrative support to the Finance and Administration team
  • Processing invoices and account statements
  • Managing cash and credit transactions
  • Reconciling accounts and performing financial analysis
  • Communicating with stakeholders


Requirements




  • Demonstrated experience in financial operations and administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with technology and financial systems
