Job Description

The Catholic Education organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Applications Team. This role will be working closely with our TechnologyOne System, ensuring the seamless administration and security of Enterprise & System applications.

About the Opportunity
  • This full-time permanent position offers a unique chance to work in a hybrid working environment, providing a great balance between work and personal life.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and maintaining finance system configuration, including documentation, instructions, and manuals.
  • They will also develop and implement configuration changes in accordance with change management procedures, as well as maintain routine systems administration tasks.
  • Ongoing administration tasks required in all aspects of Financial Systems and other integration applications will also be managed by the successful candidate.
About You
  • To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values along with relevant qualifications in the relevant area and/or appropriate demonstrated experience.
  • Relevant work experience within an Accounting environment (preferably TechnologyOne), including management and development of financial systems, financial data, procedure documents, process and controls, is highly desirable.
  • You will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines, as well as effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
