Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development programmes that enhance leadership, management, and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement organisational development strategies.
  • Drive the transition to new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on organisational development best practices, influencing organisational strategy and decision-making.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee engagement surveys, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote organisational development initiatives and services.
