Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Experience Director to drive strategic vision and lead our customer satisfaction efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the end-to-end customer journey, incorporating all aspects of customer experience from order receipt to final delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guide and coach a diverse team to drive customer satisfaction and quality discipline
  • Develop and execute customer journey design thinking to create best-in-class customer experiences
  • Promote customer centricity, personalization, and experience across the organization
  • Drive innovation to address customer pain points and accelerate customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement advanced customer data assessment to identify trends and generate insights

About You:

You're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer experience design. You possess a strong understanding of commercial dynamics and customer lifecycle management via marketing, sales, and product development. Your experience in a multi-channel go-to-market business model and strong communication skills will enable you to drive cross-functional collaboration.
