As a seasoned construction professional, we are seeking an experienced building site supervisor to oversee our builds on the South Side of Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this autonomous role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in volume housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage high-quality local tradespeople
  • Collaborate closely with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure strict compliance with regulations
  • Process purchase orders and effectively manage project costs
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling and resource allocation strategies
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on any project issues or concerns
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards, particularly erosion and sediment control

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A strong track record of delivering successful projects locally
  • QBCC Supervisors Licence or Builders Licence
  • Proven expertise in managing local jobs
  • Excellent understanding of the Building Code for QLD
  • Working knowledge of OHS principles
  • Experience with similar software to clickhomes
