Key Role in Civil Site Management:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled civil site supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our construction projects. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery within set timeframes and budgets.
About the Job:
- Mentor and guide your team to achieve their full potential
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality controls
- Collaborate with project management team to develop weekly work programs and monitor project costs
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection processes
- Provide daily updates and records of project progress
About You:
- Significant on-site civil construction experience
- Solid technical expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and analytical skills
- Leadership skills in a construction site environment
- Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety issues
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent experience
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or current valid visa allowing work in Australia
