Site Supervisor - Residential Construction

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, ensuring site safety, maintaining build quality, and delivering projects on time.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
  • Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure budget adherence
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
