**Job Title:** Construction Site Operations Manager

As a Construction Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. This includes managing site staff, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include:

  • Purchasing materials for each phase of the project
  • Preparing site reports and designs
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections
  • Day-to-day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public
  • Maintaining quality control checks
  • Monitoring build costs and project progress
  • Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
  • Using specialist project management computer programmes
  • Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office

To be successful in this role, applicants should have a bachelor degree or higher qualification in a relevant field, or at least five years of experience in construction site management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
