Role and Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager at Keane Group Construction, you will be a pivotal leader overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing construction projects ranging from $3 million to $15 million in value.
  • Managing and coordinating day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Leading and motivating on-site teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Implementing and enforcing Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and company policies.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
  • Certification or qualifications in Construction will be advantageous.
