Technical Client Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Technical Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for guiding higher education institutions through pivotal transitions, building referral-worthy relationships, and helping define how customer success drives retention and growth.

You will support programs using our One45, MSPE Builder, and Analytics SaaS products, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Canada.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in guiding clients through implementations, migrations, or major process changes
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to balance empathy with accountability
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, reducing escalations, and building referral-worthy relationships
  • Familiarity with cross-functional teams and ability to collaborate effectively
