Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

  • Guide new and existing clients through their learning journey.
  • Provide ongoing support, answering questions and helping clients get the most value.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage long-term client engagement.
  • Manage professional conversations via phone, email, or online meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and referrals.
Requirements

  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Interest in personal development, coaching, or client services.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or consulting is an advantage but not essential.
