Strategic Growth Manager

We are seeking a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. As a key member of our Senior Executive Team, you will drive strategic growth, enhance corporate capability, and ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Senior Executive Team to develop and implement long-term strategies and plans across the Group and its subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become part of a high-performing team culture that thrives on continuous improvement and service excellence.

  • Servicing as a point of contact for the development and execution of corporate, business, and functional strategies.
  • Overseeing the governance of strategic plans, ensuring effective operationalisation.
  • Supporting the development of annual business plans to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Assisting in the identification and implementation of tactical responses to address evolving organisational and external dynamics.
  • Implementing strategic reviews with Senior Executives, ensuring up-to-date plans reflecting internal and external factors.
  • Monitoring and analysing market dynamics, including addressable markets, growth engines, customer preferences, competitive landscapes, strategic options, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage existing operating models, focusing on capabilities and potential, functional value chains, enablers, and strategic differentiators.
  • Supporting the evaluation and integration of new businesses and managing projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with organisational goals.
