Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management:

  • Foster relationships with VDSS program participants and AGA teams.
  • Collaborate with community and employer partners to enhance VDSS placements.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to stakeholders.
Service Delivery:
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to increase placement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with AGA trainers and students, ensuring they are job-ready.
  • Develop a Business Development Strategy to attract candidates for RTO courses.
Administration:
  • Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments to meet placement targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant occupational checks, including National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid Driver's License.
  • Suitable qualifications with a strong understanding of contracted Employment Services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to professional development.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards in the industry
  • Business development and Marketing skills are an added bonus
