Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagement teams in developing and executing restructuring plans
  • Analyse business performance and position to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage trade-on activities, including receipts and payments, and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Participate in advisory engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and written correspondence
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with a strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in professional restructuring
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
  • CA qualification or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of fundamental accounting and business principles, with the ability to adapt to emerging trends and practices.

Salary:

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
