At Career Panacea, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Management Assistant to join our team. As an intern in this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial management, including bank reconciliation, generating accounting reports using XERO, maintaining office files and documentation, and performing daily trust accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Accounting Reports: Use XERO software to generate accounting reports, providing valuable insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Office Administration: Maintain general office files and documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Daily Trust Accounting: Manage daily trust accounts for property management and sales systems, including receipting and reconciliation.
  • Review and Processing of Expenses: Review incoming mail and invoices for processing, payment, and re-invoicing where necessary.
  • Transaction Review: Review and process expenses and other transactions for corporate entities.
  • Monthly Reconciliations: Perform monthly bond and other balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Rental P&L Processing: Process and post monthly rental P&L for select owners (corporate entities).
