We are seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing electrical and plumbing systems, as well as ensuring the overall health and safety of staff members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting buildings structures to identify areas that require repairs or renovations
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to resolve site issues efficiently
  • Ensuring all installations and refurbishments meet health and safety standards
  • Developing and implementing effective management plans to minimize disruptions to business-as-usual activities

Requirements:

  • NV1 Baseline Security Clearance
  • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
