This is a rare opportunity to manage a premium asset while working closely with a Senior Facilities Manager, an engaged client (Charter Hall) and a collaborative CBRE team.You'll take full responsibility for ensuring the property runs seamlessly, delivering both technical excellence and outstanding tenant service.Your RoleAs Facilities Manager, You WillOversee all hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and best-practice standardsManage contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safetyBuild trusted relationships with tenants, responding to issues promptly and proactivelyDeliver sustainability, energy and environmental initiatives in line with client targetsManage budgets, reporting and compliance obligationsChampion service excellence and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou're a proven facilities management professional with a track record in commercial office environments.
