Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

This is a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team of rehabilitation specialists and make a real difference in the lives of clients.

We are seeking talented professionals with qualifications as Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists to fill our full-time position in Perth or Bunbury.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture.
  • Enjoy the autonomy of working in a flexible hybrid environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey. A collaborative mindset and experience in workplace rehabilitation are also highly desirable.
