Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals to join our rehabilitation team in Perth or Bunbury.

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to empower injured clients to thrive and guide them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments.
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued.
  • Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • Experience in Workplace Rehabilitation is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
