Senior Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of digital technologies to improve patient and clinician experience.

About The Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness. You will develop executable change impact assessments and business readiness plans, design and develop change and communication plans that drive the desired change and buy-in across the stakeholder group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide hands-on support to the business in critical periods such as before, during and after Go Live of new digital solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects is essential.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives in healthcare organisations.
  • Experience working with public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance organisations is highly desirable.
