Digital Transformation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery unit, you will be responsible for leading change impact assessments, running stakeholder engagement sessions, co-designing and executing strategic change plans with the business, and preparing and delivering training needs assessments and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project stakeholders to support the planning and delivery of technology-related change across the business.
- Lead change impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
- Run stakeholder engagement sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Co-design and execute strategic change plans with the business to drive digital transformation.
- Prepare and deliver training needs assessments and plans to upskill employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management, especially in leading digital transformation in complex environments.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple projects at once.
- Skill in using tools and technologies to ensure timely delivery of change.
- Organized and confident communicator, both in writing and speaking, who enjoys engaging with different stakeholders.
- Able to clearly present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
