Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Graduate. As a 360 GO Graduate, you'll embark on a 12-month journey of learning and growth, working alongside experienced clinicians and benefiting from industry-leading supervision and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Speech Pathology services to clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in simulated practice sessions to develop therapeutic skills and confidence.
  • Engage in experiential discovery, connecting new information to existing knowledge through real-life situations.
  • Develop clinical expertise through immersive and interactive workshops, strengthening your theoretical foundation.
  • Individualise your development, specialising in areas such as Paediatrics, Adult Neuro, Dysphagia, or Complex Communication.

Requirements
  • Recent graduate in Speech Pathology or final-year student.
  • SPA Registration or eligibility to apply upon graduation.
  • Access to your own vehicle and current driver's license.
  • Ability to travel independently for community therapy sessions.
